There are intrinsic qualities that a director must posses OR a person must analyse oneself for these aspects –

1 The director must have the qualities of a teacher.

2 The director must be an artist, possessing the skills of acting and music the expertise of presentation and modification on the basis of the subject.

3 The director must be a writer.

4 The director must be a leader.

The director must pay attention to these points and develop his/her most important quality- sociable nature. All aspects of expressions and communication must be researched and studied.    BACK
