THE SCRIPT FOR STREET PLAYS
A Street play is a challenge in itself. It tries to be the best possible portrayal of problems. SO, it needs in depth research on every topic that the play is to deal with. After all, “ writing a street play is no jokes”
1. It should not be a speech or sermon.
2. It is not meant for entertainment. It is a resolution, which is a voice for the oppressed and deprived.
3. It is not an imitation of a few songs (film tunes) or advertisement.
Just like a play for the stage requires a script, there should be a solid script for a street play.
